Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders within the United States.

Shipping Carriers: We use various carriers, including USPS, FedEx and UPS, to ensure reliable delivery within the United States. Please note that we do not offer a choice of courier.

Exclusions: We cannot ship to Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, or Armed Forces Pacific. Delivery is also not available to PO Boxes, military, or protected areas.

Delivery Time Frame:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Our cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST (GMT -05:00). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically delivers within 2-7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: 1-day or 2-day shipping options are available for select items.

Tracking Information: After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during shipment, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If the package cannot be recovered or replaced, we will issue a full refund.
