Evgreen Power Warranty

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please note that some items, including those marked as non-returnable, are exceptions to this policy.

Warranty Coverage

All products purchased directly from evgreen-power.com or authorized vendors include a two-year Limited Warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship.

Charging Cable Warranty Terms

Our warranty covers manufacturer defects that cause your EV charging cable to stop functioning properly. Every cable is tested before shipping to ensure reliability. If your charger or cable stops working, please refer to the troubleshooting guide included with your product. To qualify for a warranty claim, the product must have been purchased directly from us, and proof of purchase is required.

Exclusions (Not Covered Under Warranty)

The warranty will be void if the product shows any of the following:

• Physical damage from accidental or intentional misuse.
• Water or rust damage caused by moisture entering the connectors. (Plug caps are provided to prevent this—please use them when the cable is not in use.)
• Tampering, disassembly, or unauthorized modifications to the product.
• Neglect or improper storage leading to damage or excessive wear.

Warranty Claim Process

To request a warranty service, please contact us with your order number and issue details. In some cases, we may request photos or additional information before authorizing a return.Customers must return the product using a trackable shipping service. Once received, we will inspect the item and, if the claim is approved, provide one of the following:

• A replacement unit (new, refurbished, or an equivalent model, based on availability).
• The replacement item will retain the remaining warranty period of the original purchase. For example, if a 12-month warranty applies and a claim is made after 6 months, the replacement will be covered for the remaining 6 months.

If the product is found to be functional or if the warranty is voided due to the reasons listed above, we will return the item. In such cases, a $20 USD administrative fee plus return shipping costs will apply, which must be paid before the item is shipped back.
