We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental United States. For orders under $49, a shipping fee may apply.

Processing & Delivery Time

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed before 5:00 PM PST (GMT -08:00) will ship within 3 days. (We test every unit before shipping.)
• Standard Shipping: Typically 2-7 business days via UPS or FedEx Ground.
• Expedited Shipping: 1-day or 2-day shipping options are available for select items at an additional cost.
• Faster Shipping Options: You can choose USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days, +$14.50) or FedEx/UPS Air (1-2 days, price varies by destination).

Warehouse Locations for Faster Delivery

Our products are stored in multiple warehouses across the U.S., allowing most orders to be delivered within 1-4 business days after processing.

Shipping Restrictions We currently do not ship to:

• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories (American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, U.S. Virgin Islands).
• Armed Forces addresses (APO, FPO, DPO).
• PO Boxes, military, or protected areas.
• Rhode Island (if applicable).

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If the package cannot be recovered or replaced, we will issue a full refund. No International Shipping at This Time.
